Christmas Fayre 2023

The Friends of Carrick Committee members organised a Christmas Fayre on Saturday 9 th December 2023 from 10am-2pm in the school's assembly hall. There were lots of different stalls, selling a wide variety of gifts, including some lovely ideas for Christmas gifts. The Bell Ringers returned to the Fayre and performed at 1.00pm. There was also a stall of candles made by the Benedictine Monks in Rostrevor which raised £110.00 and a stall of cards and gifts from The Newry Hospice which raised £180.00.  Both stalls were managed throughout the day by Carrick School Councillors. The Friends of Carrick Committee members invited the Primary 3, 4, 5 and 6 pupils to bring in Jazzy Jars and these were sold for £2 each. Thank you to those who donated Jazzy Jars.
