The children are working towards the Gold Rights Respecting School Award. Each week the children focus on one of the 42 Rights from the United Nations’ Convention on the Rights of the Child. They discuss what the rights mean and what can be done at home and in school by themselves and others to ensure that everyone’s rights are being respected.
