Visit by Mr Declan Carville (local author) to Carrick PS.
We were delighted to welcome back Mr Declan Carville, a local children’s author, to Carrick Primary School, for a very captivating storytelling session with the P3 children.
Declan brought copies of all his books and original sketches from the illustrators. The children then had a very engaging book review session on ‘The Magic Harp’.
The children particularly enjoyed the stories about the ‘The Fairy Glen’ and talked about their own visits to it.
