Anti Bullying and Odd Socks
Anti-Bullying Week: Monday 11th November - Friday 15th November 2024
Last week was Anti-Bullying Week in Carrick Primary School. The children discussed the issue of bullying and explored, through Circle Times and other class activities, how to recognise and deal with bullying. There were also activities which were specifically designed to help the children develop the skills which are needed to deal appropriately with bullying behaviour. Friday 15th November 2024 was Odd Socks Day and the children (and staff) wore odd socks to highlight the importance of individuality and to promote acceptance and tolerance.
